Nokia 6.1 Plus

The Nokia 6.1 Plus is a mid-range offering from the Finnish smartphone giant. The device sports a front and rear glass design enclosed in an aluminum frame which evokes a flagship-like look and feel. Thanks to the notch on the front, the display looks big. At the back, there is a fingerprint reader along with the dual camera setup. With its an octa-core Snapdragon 636 SoC which is paired with 4GB of RAM, the Nokia 6.1 Plus promises a seamless and lag-free smartphone experience. The device is also designed to aid in gaming thanks to Adreno 509 GPU graphics.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus features a 5.8-inch Full HD+ notched-screen. The notch on the display houses the front-facing imaging unit along with the necessary sensors. Videos and games look great on the vivid, bezel-less screen. The screen is further protected from any unwanted scratches that to a layer of Corning's Gorilla Glass 3. For power, there is a 3,060mAh battery which is touted to keep the lights on throughout the day. The battery on the smartphone also has support for fast charging which can refuel the juice in a jiffy. 

In terms of imaging, the Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with dual 16+5-megapixel primary and a powerful 16-megapixel front-facing shooter. The rear sensors can shoot quality images and videos even in the dark. One can also take portrait shots with bokeh effects using the primary lens. The front-facing camera can be used for selfies and video calls. The smartphone comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and can be upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie. 

The Nokia 6.1 Plus is loaded with an internal storage space of 64GB which you can expand further using a microSD card up to 400GB. However, the handset does not ship with a dedicated microSD card slot and one has to use the second SIM slot (Hybrid SIM) to boost the storage. For connectivity, the device ships with options like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
