Design
Realme is known for delivering exciting designs at a budget price and the 3i is not going to be an exception. The phone comes with a diamond pattern inspired back. Like most modern phones, it comes in gradient colors. On top of that, the device's glossy finish reflects the light in a unique way. All these factors make the Realme 3i look more expensive than it actually is.
Display
The Realme 3i features a 6.2-inch HD+ screen. With the resolution of 720 x 1520, the phone offers a pixel density of 270 ppi. That's not very sharp, but should be fine for a budget device. What's more important however is that the Realme 3i's display is an IPS (In-Plane Switching) type, which offers better color reproduction and wide viewing angle compared to regular LCD screens. The display has a waterdrop notch to accommodate a front-facing camera. For protection against scratches, the display comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass.
Performance
At the heart of the Realme 3i is Mediatek's Helio P60 chipset. This 12 nm chip comprises of four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2 GHz and four Cortex-A5 CPU cores also peaking at 2 GHz. For gaming, it relies on the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The phone comes in 3 GB and 4 GB RAM versions. Based on the variant, you will get to choose between 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage. Plus, you can expand the storage further via the microSD card slot. Moving onto the software bit, the handset will run Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box with Realme's ColorOS on top.
Cameras
The phone features a dual camera set up at the back. It has a 13 MP primary RGB sensor with a 2 MP depth sensor to keep it a company. This will enable users to try a hand at shallow depth of field more commonly known as background blur. The camera will comes with features such as HDR and AI scene recognition. It comes with an LED flash but lacks any kind of stabilization technology. The front-facing 13 MP camera will offer beauty mode.
