LYF C459

The LYF C459 is Reliance's latest smartphone under the Wind-series. The LYF C459 is an ultra-affordable smartphone and is available in all Reliance Digital stores. The device features a metallic body with a matte rear finish that adds flavour to the appearance of the handset. There are two speaker grilles; one at the front and the other at the rear end.
On top, the device boasts a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display which is bright and offers good legibility while indoors but once you stroll out in the sun the display tends to fade away. The screen is also protected from scratches courtesy Asahi Glass.

At its heart, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor and 1GB of RAM to enable smooth sailing. The device lags considerably while multitasking or playing games.
The LYF C459 packs a Li-Ion 2,000mAh battery which supports talk time up to 5 hours.

For image lovers, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel rear and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies, video calling and recording videos. The primary camera is also aided with an LED flash to help you out in low-light conditions.
The device ships with an internal storage space of 8GB which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. The expanded storage can be used for storing personal files like images, videos, songs, etc.

Connectivity options on the LYF C459 include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and a microUSB 2.0 port. Additional features on the handset include flip to mute, double to wake, music player control gestures and lock screen gestures to launch apps. On the software front, the device runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
