LYF Earth 2

Reliance has announced its latest Android-based smartphone, the Lyf Earth 2. The device runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box and packs decent hardware. Available in green, gold, black and white colour variants, the device reflects a premium look and feel, courtesy a thick aluminum alloy frame. The smartphone also has an integrated fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button. One unique feature of the smartphone is that users can use a different fingerprint to launch various apps installed on the device.
 

The Lyf Earth 2 flaunts a 5-inch Full HD display that reproduces vivid and vibrant colours and also offers crisp and clear visibility even while outdoors. The screen is protected by a layer of Corning's Gorilla Glass that prevent the display from any unwanted scratches. Armed with a dual 13-megapixel camera both at the front and back, the smartphone is capable of clicking amazing images and recording videos including selfies. Also, on offer is an LED flash at the front and back as well.  

Under the hood, the Lyf Earth 2 is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset that is designed to deliver flawless performance. To enable lag-free multitasking, the smartphone is equipped with 3GB of RAM. For storing data and personal files, there is 32GB of internal storage space that can further be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. 

There are an array of connectivity options that tag along with the device. Connectivity options include 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a microUSB 2.0 port. The Lyf Earth 2 is backed by a Li-Ion 2,500 mAh battery, that can last for an entire day for a normal user.
