To compete with the Xiaomi Redmi 5, home-grown smartphone manufacturer has introduced the entry-level Bharat 5 Pro. The smartphone is another variant of the Bharat 5 and Bharat 5 Plus and makes its mark with improved specifications. One of the notable features is the inclusion of the facial recognition feature using which one can simply unlock the device by just looking at the screen. Also, the device ships with the reverse charging feature which allows the user to use the smartphone as a power bank. 
The Micromax Bharat 5 Pro comes with a giant 5,000mAh non-removable battery which can last for more than a day. The battery on the smartphone also comes with the reverse charging feature. 

At its heart, the Bharat 5 Pro is powered by a quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM that ensures smooth sailing. You can also afford to work on more than two apps at the same time without affecting the performance of the smartphone. 
For imaging, there is a 13MP rear and a 5MP front-facing shooter. Another mention-worthy feature is that both the rear and front imaging pieces are paired with an LED flash that promises quality images and videos. 

The Micromax Bharat 5 Pro flaunts a 5.2-inch HD display which is coupled with decent viewing angles that offer a good visual experience to its users. 
The handset is equipped with an onboard storage space of 32GB which you can expand further as per your requirements up to 64GB using a microSD card. 

On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system out of the box and is bundled with all the regular connectivity options which include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
