Motorola Moto C

Motorola has gained quite a lot of attraction from Indian customers due to its rugged build quality and its software experience. Motorola has learned that it's quite successful in Indian market with budget phones rather than high-end phones. Therefore, Motorola has launched its Moto C to compete against Xiaomi’s Redmi 4A.

The Moto C being a budget device comes with an FWVGA resolution in a 5-inch screen estate. The Moto C’s display uses an IPS unit to reduce colour shift while viewing from extreme angles. The Moto C’s primary camera is a 5-megapixel unit with LED flash and autofocus. The secondary camera on the Moto C is a typical 2-megapixel unit with an LED flash for better selfies and video calling.

The Moto C is powered by an quad-core MediaTek MT6737M processor clocked at 1.1GHz. Motorola choose to use a 64-bit processor instead of a 32-bit for better performance. The 4G connectivity variant of the device comes with a 64-bit chipset. The device comes with 1GB of RAM and a rather low 16GB of storage.  The Moto C comes pre-loaded with the Android’s latest 7.0 Nougat OS. The device will come with the same smooth and bloatware-free software experience for which Motorola is known.

To power the efficient hardware, Motorola has gone with a 2,350mAh non-removable battery; it can be charged through microUSB port on the Moto C’s bottom. The Moto C still uses the microUSB v2.0 port instead of a Type-C port. The Moto C uses dual-SIM 4G/3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and GPS for wireless connectivity.
