Xiaomi Mi A1

China-based smartphone maker Xiaomi has introduced the company's first ever Android One smartphone. The Xiaomi Mi A1 runs stock Android instead of MIUI. The device sports similar looks to the Mi 5X. One of the most important aspects of the smartphone is that it comes with dual rear cameras. The smartphone also comes with rounded edges which make the Mi A1 easily fit in the palm. For imaging, the smartphone is equipped with dual 12-megapixel primary shooters. The device also comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter which one can use for video calling and selfies.

At its heart, the Mi A1 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset which is paired with 4GB of RAM to ensure smooth and seamless performance while you enjoy games or work on multiple apps simultaneously. The phone is backed up by a non-removable Li-Ion 3,080mAh cell which can keep the device functioning for well over a full day's use.

The Mi A1 is bundled with various connectivity options that help you remain connected to the outside world. The options include 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a microUSB Type-C port. The Xiaomi Mi A1 also ships with a dual SIM tray that allows you to use two SIM cards at the same time. On top, the smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display which is bright and vibrant. The screen is protected with Corning's Gorilla Glass that prevents the screen from attracting any unwanted scratches.

The Xiaomi Mi A1 ships with onboard storage of 64GB which can be expanded via the Hybrid SIM slot using a microSD card. The smartphone runs stock Android 7.1 Nougat without the proprietary MIUI by default. Future software updated up to Android 9 Pie has been promised by Xiaomi.
