Realme is adding a new 5G device to the Realme 9 series in the form the Realme 9 5G. This latest Realme 9 series smartphone boasts a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The display panel supports 600 nits brightness and it has a 20:9 aspect ratio. Realme is making use of an octa-core 6nm Dimensity 810 processor to power the Realme 9 5GB. The handset packs 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box with a layer of Realme UI 2.0 skin on top. The handset packs 128GB of internal storage and has 6GB of RAM. The handset even has 5G support, microSD card slot, and up to 33W fast charging support. If you are looking for a 5G Realme phone with 120Hz display, and decent hardware, you can consider buying the Realme 9 5G. However, do note that the device runs Android 11 and has a plastic build.

The screen has thin bezels on all sides, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, and a 405 PPI pixel density. The power button is located on the right side of the device, while the volume keys are to the left side of the handset. The security aspect of the handset is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device also has a face unlock support that works through the selfie camera.
