Realme launched the 4G lineup of the 9 series smartphones few months back in the market. The company has relied on a dual product strategy, focusing on 5G devices for another segment. Now, it has launched the Realme 9 5G smartphone for buyers. The 5G variant gets a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display that supports 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The screen gets a punch hole layout where you have the selfie camera. The pixel density of the screen is 405 PPI. Realme 9 5G comes powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core chipset, along with 4GB RAM. With this variant you get 64GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 1TB. This Realme phone comes with a triple rear camera that includes 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP sensor, and a 2MP sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie camera. Realme 9 5G packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone are side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, headphone jack and Infrared. Realme 9 5G gives you a mixed set of features that might not appeal to buyers. It has a 90Hz refresh rate display, powered by Dimensity 810 SoC and offers expandable storage. The main 48MP camera offers quality but the others are average. The battery life is good, but only offers 18W fast charging. If you don't need a 5G phone there are better options available.

Realme 9 5G comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with support for 1080x2400 pixels resolution. This gives the screen a pixel density of 405 PPI. The front camera sits under the punch hole cut out at the top. The 20:9 aspect ratio design offers larger viewing area and screen to body ratio of over 83 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. For security purpose, the Realme phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support through the selfie camera.
